My work and training experiences have provided me with the opportunity to support individuals experiencing a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, grief, interpersonal relationship issues, self-esteem issues, and trauma. I have worked with individuals who have experienced trauma, particularly due to abuse and sexual assault, and I understand the profound impact such experiences have on mental health and daily life.

I provide a safe, non-judgemental, and compassionate space for my clients to explore their emotions and challenges to gain insight and work toward healing. My therapeutic approach is grounded in person-centred therapy; however, I integrate therapeutic techniques from Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). I recognise that each client has their own needs, experiences, and goals, and I adapt my approach to suit my clients and work at a pace that is comfortable for them. The quality of the relationship between client and therapist is highly important for therapeutic success which is why I prioritise creating a space in which my clients feel at ease, validated, and respected.
